Barbara’s Salsa
Absolutely the best salsa I have ever had. This is the original recipe that I changed only a little.
Ingredients
2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, drained
1/2 onion, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sliced green chiles
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend on low to desired consistency.
